A fantastic place for the aspiring writer.  This organization is run by Ross and Renni Browne.  Renni's book, Self Editing for Fiction Writers, is simply indispensible -- a slim volume packed with terrific suggestions for how to edit your work and tighten it up for publication.  The free critique they offer on the first five pages of your manuscript is a terrific service.  They tell you what you need to hear, not what you might want to hear.
